The ENSAM

The National School of Architecture of Montpellier is part of the network of 20 public schools of architecture, under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture.


8000 M2 OF MODERN INFRASTRUCTURE

TEACHING OF THE ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT
Link between all taught disciplines, theory and practice

Architecture studies are organized according to the LMD system,
License Master Doctorate

→ Diversified teaching methods: lectures (25%), tutorials, workshops,
seminars and conferences, meeting times, intensive programs
and master classes.
→ In touch with the challenges of the architectural professions, the
teachers are mainly practicing architects, with diverse profiles.

 

PROFESSIONAL INTEGRATION

Students confront the realities of the architectural professions and the
diversity of modes of practice.
→ Our internship policy is consistent with the local fabric,
→ Our students experiment with their practice by participating in architectural competitions.
→ They can study abroad, and gain maturity and autonomy.
→ A research course from the Master's degree and a laboratory structured around two axes “Space-time and interactions” and “Representation, modeling and design”.
